Goodwill Find + Chalk Paint

I still don’t have my beloved laptop back, but I’m going to attempt to share a Before and After from iPhone pics and hubs’ desk top… ugh.  Hate not having all my stuff together!  Any hoo…

When we were gathering some items to go in our booth, I came across this little shelf at Goodwill for $9:

Sorry for the blurry pic!  I literally snapped this to send to my partner in crime…

Anyway, I was envisioning (of course) a coat of chalk paint and wax and what a perfect piece to display other things.  So I dug into my French Linen Annie Sloan Chalk Paint…

I did a little waxing and distressing after two coats of ASCP and voila!  Love this little piece.

Close up of a little distressing…  she looks so cute in our booth and is the perfect piece.   I’ll get a pic the next time I’m down there and share her in situ.  Again, sorry for the crummy pics… promise I’ll do better!
