It’s about time, right? I actually finished this up a couple of weeks ago, but am just now getting around to sharing my summer mantle. I wanted to keep this mantel simple but layered, and in keeping with a summertime and travel theme. Did I hit the mark?
The painting of the little girl running in the waves is something I purchased a few years ago at a Special Olympics art auction. It reminds me of my daughter. Of course, my map candles are here, along with a piece of wood that washed up on the beach in Destin a few months ago. The Cordova candle sconces are available in my online Willow House store. The urn and wooden spheres are retired Willow House pieces. And what is a coastal theme without a shell?
We’re enjoying all the different textures and the browns and blues of the beach!
Did you change up your mantle this summer?
Sharing!

Well done Heidi! Very nicely balanced!
