It goes on and on, doesn’t it? Refreshing decor, I mean. And I’ll be crushed the day I’m no longer inspired to keep changing things up!
One of my latest tweaks to the family room (part of a year-long refresh project, I might add) are some fabulous new pillows.
The brown beast is hard sometimes to freshen up, but this year I got incredibly lucky!
Kim from Savvy Southern Style was hosting a Pillows by Dezign giveaway back in December and I was the lucky winner! Brian was so proactive in helping me redeem my prize that I had my new pillows before I could even finish wrapping my Christmas gifts.
There are oodles of gorgeous choices, but I couldn’t resist these tan and cream throw pillows…
Perfect for lightening up the Brown Beast! And even better, they are substantial AND cushy! They have a great chance of withstanding the beating my throw pillows take from all the large Y chromosomes that live here. 🙂

Aren’t pillows the best!? Obsessed. I can buy one $8 pillow and be thrilled for weeks. That is some serious retail therapy. 🙂 Nice win!
