Dear friends,
While I was in NY celebrating my daughter’s stellar semester at UGA, my heart was breaking for the mothers and fathers of Sandy Brook that were robbed of that chance with their own children.
I was getting the local NY news on site long before most of you got the word.
The horror is unimaginable.
So is the realization that many are using this tragedy to further their own agendas.
So I’m going quiet today… to honor those innocents who were victimized by evil last Friday. To pray for peace for their souls, their families, that community, and this broken world in which we live.
God Bless them. God Help us.
